Five Core Services

Information
​and Referral
Assist the person with disabilities and their family in locating and accessing resources which will be helpful to them in developing their abilities for living independently in the community.

Counseling/
​Peer Support
 CCILC facilitates support groups for our consumers with disabilities. ​ Peer Support is an opportunity for individuals with disabilities to learn from others who have had similar experiences​.  We also offer one-on-one support to consumers to address barriers to their independence.

Advocacy
 Advocating for the rights of individuals, assisting in removing barriers to full inclusion.  

Transition/
​WIOA PRE-ETS
Provide support and guidance to students transitioning from school to adult life with a strong emphasis on employment.

Daily Living
​Skills
Services are designed to assist you in gaining the skills necessary to live independently in your community.  Examples include:  
● Self Care/Personal Hygiene ● Money Handling ● Mobility/Transportation ● Shopping
● Medical Resources ● Housing ● Leisure/Social Activities ● Assistive Technology
