Many Roads 2 Recovery Program

OVERVIEW & PURPOSE 
A Certified Peer Recovery Specialist will be available to help and assist those who struggle with addiction 18 years or older get the necessary help they need, if they are willing to get on the road to recovery.

SERVICES THAT WILL BE AVAILABLE:
  1. Referrals to Substance Abuse Treatment
  2.  Referrals for Out-Patient Treatment
  3. Someone you can talk to that understands what you’re going through.
  4.  Information on 12 step meeting’s locations
  5. Learn about the benefits of being in recovery
  6. Help with finding after care
FORMAT: 
  • In person; one-on-one; once a week by appointment.
  • Twice a month small group meeting Saturdays 1230 to 130
Once contacting Peer: 
We will discuss your situation and readiness to precede on the road to recovery. Create a comprehensive plan to able to get the necessary help you may need. Peer will be available for follow-up as you go through the process of getting stable in your recovery process.
